In order to ensure that our products are 100% nut free and safe to consume, we employ a full-time Food Quality and Safety Lead. Our facility adheres to a strict food safety management system to provide you with safe, quality products that you can trust. Key elements in the manufacture of our high-quality foods includes adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), a complete allergen program with dedicated production rooms, proper sanitation practices and tests, environmental/temperature maintenance, and random tests of finished products. Our quality is monitored by a dedicated team of trained professionals to provide you with the finest gourmet chocolates for everyone!
