Ingredients
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups GF flour
1/2 cup Vermont Nut Free Chocolates Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Vermont Nut Free Chocolates Skippers® (either milk or dark chocolate, depending on your preference).
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream together room temperature butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add in eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy. Stir in baking soda and flour. Fold in chocolate chips & Skippers®. Line an 8x8 baking tray with parchment paper, flatten dough, and sprinkle with more chocolate chips and Skippers®. Bake for 28-32 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing into bars. Enjoy!
