Refund policy

Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you experience an issue with your shipment—such as melted, damaged, or incorrect items—please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Products that arrive melted due to extreme temperatures will only be refunded or replaced if a Warm Weather Shipping Container and Ice Pack were added to the original order. If the container was recommended at checkout and you chose not to include it, you assumed the risk of melting, and we will not issue a refund or replacement.

If your issue is confirmed, we may issue store credit equal to the value of the affected items. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website and does not expire.

To request store credit, please email us at customerservice@vermontnutfree.com or use the contact form, and include the following information:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photos, if applicable

We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credit for personal taste preferences or for orders delayed due to carrier issues once shipped.

Store credit can be used as a payment method on our website when logged in through a customer account or using Shop Pay. Only the full store credit amount can be applied to a single order; partial use is not currently supported. Store credit does not expire.
