Vermont Nut Free Chocolates Auto-Renewal Program “Subscribe & Save” Terms:

1. Enrollment

When you purchase products or services from us and enroll in our auto-renewal programs (the "Program" or “Subscribe & Save”), you authorize us to automatically process recurring orders for the selected products or services at the delivery frequency you choose. Your enrollment in the Program will remain in effect until you cancel it.

When you enroll in the Program, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery interval. You may change your delivery frequency, skip a scheduled order, or otherwise manage your subscription at any time through your account before your next order is processed. We will send you an email reminder before each recurring order is processed and shipped.

By enrolling in the Program through our website, you authorize us to automatically charge the payment method you provide (including, but not limited to, a credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method) for each recurring order. Charges will include the purchase price of the applicable products or services, together with any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

2. Participation

You agree to provide and maintain current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information. You are responsible for promptly updating your account information, including your billing or shipping address, payment method, card number, expiration date, security code, or any other information necessary to process your recurring orders. You must also promptly update your payment information if your payment method is canceled, expires, is lost or stolen, or otherwise becomes invalid.

By participating in the Program, you authorize us to continue processing and charging your selected payment method for each recurring order until you cancel your enrollment. You agree that we may charge your payment method for each recurring shipment without obtaining additional payment authorization from you for each transaction.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any overdraft fees, insufficient funds fees, interest charges, late fees, bank charges, or other costs or damages (including consequential damages) that may result from charges processed under the Program.

3. Promotional Offers    

We may, from time to time and in our sole discretion, offer promotions that modify the “Subscribe & Save” discount to all subscribers or any subset of members. Promotions may be announced via our website, social media, email, or other channels. These Terms, plus any additional terms accompanying a specific offer, govern all promotions unless you are notified otherwise.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel or modify your products in the Program at any time before your next recurring order is processed by:

• Logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscriptions"

• Contact us through the chat feature on our website

5. Our Right to Modify

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Program, or your participation in the Program, at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse enrollment in, or discontinue, the Program for any customer or account at our sole discretion.

We may amend or modify these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Where permitted by applicable law, this includes changes to participation requirements.
